I have a degree in Chiropractic (2004 from McTimoney College of Chiropractic) and was a registered Chiropractor until October 2020.

I first became interested in McTimoney Chiropractic after damaging my back in an accident. I was plagued with restricted movement and a continuously stiff and painful neck and back for seven years before attending a McTimoney Chiropractor for treatment.

Like many people I had learned to live with my bad back. It was only after visiting a McTimoney Chiropractor that I realised just how restricted my movement had become.

Following the treatment I could turn my head without having to rotate my whole upper body. This made such a positive impact on my life that I chose to study complementary medicine.

Already working as an emergency service medic, I trained as a Shiatsu Therapist, which I have practised since 1995.

In 2004 I graduated after four years training and qualified as a McTimoney Chiropractor.

In 2009 I returned to The McTimoney College of Chiropractic to complete the Chiropractic Diversified Technique course.

I combine Manipulation Techniques with Shiatsu, to create a treatment that is both unique and beneficial.
